Who makes a good introduction?

Businesses with everyday IT needs.

ActiveCare IT works with small and midsized businesses and organizations, including nonprofits, schools, and local government. A good introduction might be a professional office, retailer, service business, or team that depends on email, shared files, and dependable systems.

A clear reason to talk.

Recurring support issues, Microsoft 365 questions, cybersecurity concerns, an upcoming project, or a practical AI idea are all useful starting points. We can be an organization’s IT team or support the people already handling part of the work.

How to introduce a business.

01 · Ask first.

Check that the business owner or decision-maker is comfortable with an introduction.

02 · Connect us.

Send a short introduction to hello@activecareit.com and copy the person you’re introducing. Their business name and the reason they want to talk are enough to begin. Please leave out passwords, account records, and confidential documents.

03 · We listen.

We’ll discuss their goals, current concerns, and who should be involved. There is no need to arrive with a finished technical plan.

04 · Agree on a next step.

If ActiveCare IT is a fit, we’ll outline what to explore next—ongoing support, a focused project, or a closer look at the environment. The business decides how it wants to proceed.
